Rebecca joined the Firm in 1996 and has been qualified as a Solicitor since 1997. Having been based in London for over 25 years she has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with all aspects of residential property matters, to include leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages and equity releases, Help to Buy purchases and the purchase and assignments of contracts for new build properties. She acts for buyers and sellers in respect of auction contracts and bulk purchases.
She regularly acts for private and commercial investors both in the UK and overseas and is also on the specialist solicitor panel of Banks, acting for Lender and Borrowers in respect of Company purchases, HMO purchases and re-mortgages. She regularly undertakes high value and time sensitive matters with aplomb.
Rebecca deals with all cases first hand and is efficient and thorough. She prides herself on her approachable and proactive nature in achieving the best results for her clients.
