Mark Gawor is the senior partner and founder of the Firm. Mark completed his training and qualified with a Lincolns Inn Firm in 1984, since then he has been a Partner and Consultant in two London firms of Solicitors and established his own Solicitors practice Gawor & Co in 1996. He has been involved in the property world as a Solicitor, Developer and Investor for over 30 years and has a vast knowledge and wealth of experience available to clients and other members of the Firm in all aspects of property transactions and matters.

Rebecca Bozier
Solicitor / Partner
Rebecca is one of the home grown Partners in the Firm having trained as a Solicitor with the Firm joining in 1995 and she qualifiedWhat as a Solicitor in 1997. Rebecca is a specialist conveyancing solicitor undertaking all aspects of residential property work including leasehold and freehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, buy to let, transfers of equity, right to buy and shared ownership. She regularly acts for private and commercial investors both in the UK and overseas in their purchases and re-sales of properties “off-plan” from developers, including bulk purchases. She is experienced in the residential property market in London and in particular London Docklands, acting on high value residential properties for individuals, businesses and companies alike.

Neeru Sembi
Solicitor / Partner
Having trained and qualified as a Solicitor with Gawor & Co, Neeru was made a partner in 2010 and has been with the firm for over 10 years. She has a vast amount of experience in all aspects of residential property and in particular within the new build sector and has worked on most of the major new developments within the Docklands and East London areas. Her client base ranges from individuals, partnerships, local and offshore companies to investors. She also has experience in commercial property matters and can deal with all aspects of your transaction to include financing work.
Other aspects of her work involve some of the following:
- – Assignments and sub-sales of residential “off plan” contracts
- – Help to buy & shared ownership sales and purchases
- – Lease extension work

Sameer Yousuf
Solicitor / Partner
Sameer Yousuf joined the Property Department of Gawor & Co as a solicitor in April 2007 and has been a Partner in the Firm since 2012. His practice covers different domains of Commercial and Residential Property Law, notably property acquisitions and disposals, Sale & Purchase transactions, Transfers, Developments and acquisition of property assets. Prior to joining Gawor & Co, Sameer was a solicitor in the Property department of a leading regional solicitors firm. Sameer was recently shortlisted as one of the ‘Rising Stars’ of the industry by his peers in the Super Tuesday Lawyers publication for 2014/15.
Examples of recent client work:
- – Acquisition and development of property for residential and commercial use
- – Structuring deals by drafting and negotiating term sheets and other commitment documents such as Build Agreements and trust deeds
- – Acting for a large investor with a £100m investment programme in Commercial and Industrial property in the UK

Tammy Brown
GCILEX / Paralegal
Tammy joined the firm in 1998 as a Legal office assistant and thereafter obtained her CILEX Legal Secretaries Diploma. Tammy then pursued her career in Law and undertook both the CILEX Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice and CILEX Level 6 Professional Higher Diploma in Law and Practice.
Tammy qualified as a Graduate Member of CILEX in 2008 and works as a Paralegal assisting the Partners and Solicitors at Gawor & Co.

Julie Leach
Paralegal
Julie joined the firm in 2013 and is a fully qualified Paralegal with many years’ experience in the conveyancing field. She assists all partners and solicitors in the firm with diary management, preparing legal documentation and client care.
